At The Cheer and Dance Connection (TCDC), community is at the heart of everything we do. We’re more than a place to take cheerleading and dance classes in Northern Colorado—we’re a program that celebrates teamwork, inclusivity, and connection. From beginner cheer and dance programs to advanced performance teams, we make sure every athlete has a chance to shine, both in the studio and in the community.

Our dancers and cheerleaders love giving back by performing at local senior centers, spreading smiles and positivity to firefighters, and cheering on the local sports teams.

Cheer on the Community!

Being a cheerleader means more than cheering on your own team—it’s about bringing joy and spirit to others. Our TCDC Gems love performing throughout the community, giving beginner and experienced athletes alike the chance to share their talent.

These opportunities give our athletes real performance experience beyond the studio, while showing what it truly means to be a cheerleader—someone who cheers on their community.

At TCDC, we believe in supporting the next generation—not just of athletes, but of leaders. That’s why we partner with local high schools through the Xello Program.

Through this partnership, high school students can:

  • Earn credit while working with our program.

  • Explore coaching, early childhood education, special education, dance, and cheer careers.

  • Gain real-life experience in a supportive environment.

By opening our doors to student interns, we help future coaches and teachers grow while staying connected to the heartbeat of Northern Colorado.

Panther Pride

We are proud to offer one of the only special needs cheer teams in Northern Colorado. Our TCDC Panthers embody our motto of Panther Pride, proving that cheer and dance are for everyone.

Every athlete is celebrated for their unique strengths, and each performance highlights just how special our Panthers are. This program creates a space where athletes with special needs can experience the excitement of cheering, performing, and being part of a team—while showing the community the true spirit of inclusivity.
